We’re so glad you’re here. This agreement outlines the terms of your participation in the Embodied Business Mandala™ Mentorship + Mastermind Circle (the “Programme”). Please read it carefully. By enrolling and setting up your payment, you are agreeing to the terms outlined below.
Programme Overview
The Embodied Business Mandala™ Mentorship + Mastermind Circle is a 12-month group mentorship and coaching programme for sensitive, conscientious, and heart-led women practitioners ready to grow their businesses in a nervous system-friendly and aligned way.
Your enrolment includes:

Access to our private online learning platform (Simplero) for 12 months

Weekly mentoring/coaching calls (live and/or replays)

Training modules and implementation guides

Four 90-day business cycles with planning, action, review, and community accountability

Group support and guidance from Aneta and the EBM team
Payment Terms
By enrolling in the Programme, you agree to:

Pay the full programme fee, either in full or via the agreed payment plan.

Complete all scheduled payments regardless of level of participation.

Understand that all payments are non-refundable.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details remain up to date throughout the duration of the programme.

This programme invites both inner work (mindset, beliefs, nervous system support) and outer work (visibility, content creation, client connection, business systems). Your commitment to showing up for both will shape your results.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for this programme. When you enrol, you receive immediate access to resources and materials and reserve a space in a live, limited-capacity group.

This programme includes group spaces where participants may share personal or sensitive information. To ensure a safe and respectful environment:

You understand that the group spaces are for encouragement, reflection, and growth—not for advice-giving unless explicitly requested.
We reserve the right to remove any participant who breaches these agreements or acts in a way that harms the safety and cohesion of the group, without refund.
